Location was great, close to many attractions and public transportation. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a nice place to relax after a long day of exploring the city. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or requests.
The cleanliness of the rooms was disappointing. The rooms were not properly cleaned and we found some dirt and dust in various areas.

The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom has a large shower with strong water pressure. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious Turkish dishes, including fresh juices and made-to-order eggs. The hotel also offers affordable tours for guests to enjoy.
The housekeeping service could be improved as not all rubbish was collected daily.

The cleaning staff did a great job maintaining the cleanliness of the room. The small terrace added a unique touch to my experience. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby shopping centers. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as noise from the hospital and lack of sound insulation, the reasonable price and overall positive experience make me recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this place! The location is excellent as it's on a main street and conveniently close to a hospital. The staff was very friendly and helpful, with excellent room service and car hire. The room was spacious and came with all the necessary amenities, such as an ironing board, mini-bar, and an in-room safe. The spa and wellness centre was simply amazing and included a sauna, massage, and Turkish bath. The hotel also offers free WI-FI, 24-hour reception, and a fitness centre.
I highly recommend this hotel to families.

Excellent location. Convenient for long stays with nearby mall, restaurants, markets, and taxi availability. Tourist-friendly area with easy access to the metro. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Mrs. Cagla. Clean and spacious rooms with efficient layout. Will be my go-to place for future trips to Turkey.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was perfect. the hotel facilities were excellent, especially the well-equipped gym. The location was convenient, being close to the metro station, as well as being near the largest shopping mall in the area and the bustling shopping district.
Nothing that I didn't like.
